The structure features a carved-out, four-story core, resembling a slot canyon, comprising over 13,000 square feet of water elements and landscaping.
Notably, it features a stunning open-air canyon-like design, with cascading waters and a trail-like walkway adorned with trees and boulders, blending urban living with the beauty of nature.“
